All participants of a trip (including the leaders) must fill out the following medform and waiver in order to be able to go on a trip. Please note that on the medform we need accurate and up to date information about everything on there. In particular we need current health insurance information. All participants are required to have health insurance in order to ensure that they are able to receive treatment in the unlikely event of an accident.
Being properly outfitted with gear for an outdoor trip is necessary for the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all the participants. To help everyone with this, we have provided some sample gear lists for various activities to use as a reference. These are for use as a reference only and do not claim to be exhaustive. Additionally, while proper gear is needed to be safe, proper gear alone is no substitute for good judgment and experience. Always use common sense when you go outdoors and do not attempt activities that you do not have the proper skills to do.
